The majority of new build multi-dwelling developments now benefit from localised heat transfer units, called Heat Interface Units (HIU), which are designed to operate in conjunction with a centralised boiler plant or district heating system.

RBG Services provides HIU repair, HIU service and maintenance and fault finding to the secondary system including radiators, radiator valves (TRVs), room thermostat and programmer issues (Danfoss, Honeywell), zoning issues (motorised valves), thermostat upgrade (Danfoss, Honeywell including smart roomstats; NEST, Honeywell Evohome), pressure issues, hiu leak, Magnaclean Filters, power flushing and more.
